As a Steakhouse we take our meat very seriously and have found a supplier who delivers the very best time and again. All our beef comes from either Hereford or Norfolk heifers or young steers, it is matured for 28 days and simply melts in the mouth. We do a wide range of cuts including T Bone steaks at a whopping 27 33oz, A proper Porterhouse Steak cut from short loin and we are one of the only restaurants in Islington to serve the Chateaubriand to name but a few.
